ANTIQUE ART DECO 2.50 CARAT CEYLON SAPPHIRE ENAMEL AND DIAMOND RING
This striking antique piece was crafted sometime during the Art Deco design period (1920-1940). The center stone is a natural blue sapphire measuring approximately 2.50 carats. The sapphire has been certified by The Gemological Institute of America (GIA). The center sapphire was determined to be a natural blue sapphire, Ceylon in origin, and is unaltered by heat or treatment. Its lovely hue appears almost lavender, such an enchanting and richly hued sapphire! The 14K rose gold setting features two tiny rose cut diamonds along with white enamel accents. The clean lines and perfect symmetry of the setting are favorite design elements of the Art Deco era. This ring is currently a size 6.
