This piece is an antique revision made from reclaimed antique materials. This necklace was originally an antique bar pin (brooch) handcrafted sometime during the Art Deco design period ( 1920-1940 ). The platinum bar pin features a gorgeous center diamond measuring approximately 0.65 carats. The center diamond grades approximately G in color, SI1 in clarity. The platinum filigree setting also features an additional 36 diamond accents and 8 custom cut sapphire accents. During the restoration process the pin was removed and the bar was fitted with two custom bales to accommodate the chain. The bar is platinum. The chain is 14k white gold and measures approximately 18 inches. The bar measures 2 1/2 inches in length. The chain features an easy to use lobster claw clasp. The 14k white gold chain is brand new.
