This antique amethyst brooch was handcrafted sometime in the late nineteenth to early twentieth century. The setting is 14k yellow gold and the center stone is a beautiful custom cut purple amethyst. The stone is bezel set and the setting features a beautiful sculpted rope accent. This brooch is simple but not plain, quite a timeless design.
