The antique filigree bracelet was most popular during the Art Deco design period (1920-1940). Antique filigree bracelets were crafted to be as unique and personal as a signature. The intricate open work filigree might have similar themes but if you look closely you will not find two of these bracelets to be absolutely identical. This piece is 14K white gold and features three tiny diamond accents. The intricate white gold filigree features a charming floral motif along with extensive milgrain accents. Sometimes these bracelets were sold as “add a diamond” bracelets. They were made with one or two gemstones and one would add more for special occasions. Very rarely we will find one complete; a diamond added to each link. This filigree bracelet measures approximately 6 & 1/2 inches in length making it ideal for a smaller than average ladies’ wrist. (Average is considered 7 inches).
