ANTIQUE EDWARDIAN DIAMOND AND PLATINUM FILIGREE BAR NECKLACE
This necklace was originally an antique bar pin brooch handcrafted sometime during the Edwardian design period (1900-1920). The platinum pendant is an antique piece and the 14K white gold chain is new. The necklace features 11 Old European cut diamonds inlaid amongst intricate filigree. The necklace has a total combined diamond weight of approximately 1.25 carats. This antique pendant features extensive fine milgrain accents throughout the filigree. The attention to detail in this antique piece is quite impressive. During the restoration process the pin was removed and the bar was fitted with two custom bales to accommodate the chain. The chain is 14k white gold and measures approximately 18 inches. The bar measures approximately 2 & 3/8th inches in length. The chain features an easy to use lobster claw style clasp.
