ANTIQUE VICTORIAN ROSE GOLD BELCHER STYLE SOLITAIRE DIAMOND RING
This antique piece features a Victorian rose gold setting (1840-1900) along with a more modern style diamond (1950- ). During the Mid Century design period Victorian pieces were very sought after and the bygone era inspired a lot of Mid Century design. This ring was crafted during the Victorian design period and the center stone most likely upgraded sometime during or after the Mid Century period. The setting is 14K Victorian rose gold, arranged in the classic belcher prong style. This style is sometimes also referred to as buttercup prongs for it’s resemblance to the titular flower. The center diamond measures approximately 0.90 carats and grades approximately M in color, SI1 in clarity. This ring has a gorgeous antique look and we adore the sharp antique style prongs on this solitaire. This ring is currently a size 7 & 1/4.
