This antique piece was hand crafted sometime during the Art Deco design period ( 1920-1940 ). The 18k white gold setting features a custom cut pale blue aquamarine center stone. The setting also features intricate filigree as well as subtle hand engraved accents. This is a very elegant antique piece. This ring is currently a size 6 3/4.
