This antique piece was handcrafted during the early twentieth century. This filigree ring features a pink and white hand carved antique cameo in the center. The cameo measures approximately 3/4ths of an inch long in the setting. The setting is 14k white gold and features handcrafted filigree as well as hand engraving in stylized garland motifs. This ring is currently a size 6 1/4.
