Return Policy

Merchandise may be returned for store credit or cash refund within 30 Days of delivery. Items must be in original condition.  Custom orders are nonrefundable.

Warranty

1 Year from the date of Purchase. Under normal wear, covering all accent stones and metal structure. Loss of main stones not covered under warranty; this should be covered through insurance provided by owner.

Payment Options

We accept all major credit cards, including American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Paypal. Payment is processed at the time your order is placed.

Layaway & Financing Options

Layaway Policy

For your convenience we offer a 6-month layaway program at no additional charge. We request a 20% deposit on the item. The remaining balance can be paid within the following 6-month period while we hold the item aside for you.

Heirloom Jewelers reserves the right to restock the item after 180 days in the event of the item not being paid in full. All prior payments made on restocked item will be issued as store credit. Store credit is nonrefundable.

To make a layaway purchase simply contact us and request to start a layaway.

Layaway is an option for qualified buyers. In the event a client defaults on a layaway or cancels for any reason, we reserve the right to no longer offer this as a payment option in further dealings with said client. All other payment options will remain available however.
